These rates are payable only for UNSW semester dates to which residents are contracted. Winter and Summer breaks are optional with residents paying a pro-rata rate for the days on which they would like to stay in College.
There are some small additional charges, which are paid once per semester, for example a UNSW IT / computer connection fee and RESSOC membership.
